Women is the brand ambassador for Indian culture. Now a days in many parts of India, the birth of a girl child is not welcomed is a known fact. women community is facing no. of problems major one is to run their life with secure and peaceful. It is hard to imagine that we are  in the 21st Century when women have proved to be strong leaders in every field possible.  Education is only path that to bring bright & impact shown in the society to inspire by some one that to women  to that helps create attitudinal shifts towards gender bias and activities to spread awareness. 

Now a days also   education, health, protection or participation, the girl child is always treated unequally. Indian society still hasn’t been awakened to the importance of empowering the women The programme is specifically aimed at realization of both individual and collective self-esteem and inner strength for marginalised women grapes focuses on improving access and control of women from marginalised communities over productive resources, services and opportunities; enhancing their food and nutrition security and improving their abilities in climate change resilience.

Grapes had organizing and concentrating to create  livelihood for especially women who are alone, under poverty illiterate in tribal and slum especially with giving proper guidance for women grapes team had given training and selected the particular community developers to teach them and maintaining to motivating the women to stand on their own talent to earn their daily bread without depending on others  on every two weeks grapes had conducting motivated classes for trainees  to do best for all the time in learning period. On end of the training days every women in the batch who are getting trained they will shined , sharped, and almost done in the training  session .grapes empowering  the trained women to lead their lives with dignity.
